SUN COUNTRY AIRLINES currently has air service directly into the Laughlin/Bullhead City airport from Minneapolis/St. Paul. They also offer periodic service from other cities, but their February/March schedule is not available yet. For details, call (800) 359-6786 or their web site www.suncountry.com.
 TRI-STATE SUPER SHUTTLE will provide shuttle service between the Aquarius Resort and the Las Vegas Airport for our group. The special group fare is $36.95 One Way, or $69.95 Round Trip for reservations made by February 16, 2008. To receive these special rates, indicate that you are with the UFO Conference. Advance reservations are required, and payment also needs to be made in advance by Credit Card, or by mailing a check. Reservations made after February 16th, and walk-ups will be $44.95 One Way, no Round Trip specials will be offered, as space is available. Any changes to reservations are subject to space availability, and subject to a change fee. Tickets are non refundable. Reservations made 21 days prior to travel date are guaranteed seats on any of the times on the schedule. Less than 21 days may be subject to availability. They allow 2 bags per person, with a max weight of 40 pounds each. To make reservations, call (800) 801-8687 or (928) 704-9000. You may also make your reservation by Faxing or E-mailing your airline, flight times, desired shuttle times, name(s) of passengers, address, phone number, credit card number with expiration date, and Driver's License number. Their office hours are 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Saturday & Sunday (Pacific Time).
Their pick up location at the airport is outside Terminal 1 on Level 0 - across the street by the fire hydrant with the 4 red poles. (There is an elevator to Level 0 by the interior baggage claim entrances.) Departure from the hotel is in front of the main entrance. The trip takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Please plan your return schedules accordingly. (Please remember to tip the drivers!)

Amtrak offers train service from hundreds of cities throughout the country to Needles, CA (25 miles south of Laughlin). Shuttle service can be arranged from their depot. For information, call 1-800 USA-RAIL.
ADVANTAGE RENT A CAR is giving our group a special rate. To make a reservation with them, call (800) 777 9377 or (702) 798 6100. To receive these rates, you must ask for the "UFO" convention group discount. You can also make a reservation by email ldeems@advantage-lv.com indicate your arrival and departure dates and the type of car you want to reserve, and they will email you a confirmation number. Reservations are strongly recommended. When you arrive at the Las Vegas airport go to the baggage claim level and proceed out door 11 or 12 and board the McCarran Rental Car Facility Shuttle, the Advantage Rent a Car desk, is just inside the McCarran Rental Car Facility. For those of you spending extra time in the area, these rates are also available during the week before and after the conference. They also honor Continental Airlines One Pass, please have member number when you make your reservation. Below is the list of special rates, which include UNLIMITED FREE MILEAGE.
