ADVANCE REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY MONDAY, February 18, 2008 - 1:00 PM (Mtn. Time)
After that time, please contact the hotel for room reservations and availability. (Direct rates with the hotel will be slightly higher.) Conference event tickets may be purchased at the door. (Rates at the door will be slightly higher. Banquet seating may be limited.)
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation, registration fees will be refunded (less a $75 per person processing fee) if written notice is received by February 18, 2008 - 2:00 PM Mountain Time OR 3 days prior to your arrival, whichever is earlier. Cancellations after February 18, 2008 (1:00 PM Mountain Time) and "No Shows" are non-refundable.

STUDENT PRICES: 1/2 off lectures and films (No discount for parties). Student prices are good for youths age 18 and younger, and for college students age 23 and younger. (Current college ID & proof of age required.)
Morning Sessions include all events prior to the lunch break. Afternoon Sessions include all events between the lunch & dinner breaks. Evening Sessions include all events after the dinner break.
WE DO NOT SELL SINGLE LECTURE TICKETS. (It is not possible to clear the lecture hall between lectures and re-check tickets.) Please refer to the Schedule of Events for detailed speaker/event info.
