Report on the 14th Annual International UFO Congress Conference and Film Festival

Our 14th winter convention at the Flamingo Resort Hotel in Laughlin, NV was delayed until March 6-12 this year to accommodate later-than-usual Super Bowl activity at the hotel. However, our 608 pre-registrations were very close to that of last year. We had 26 speakers from five countries, and eight films competed for EBE awards. Four evenings Barbara Lamb hosted gatherings for experiencers, and Thursday 13 of them courageously spoke about their unusual personal experiences. The wine, soft drinks, cheese and fruit provided at the Wednesday meet-the-speakers party made the gathering a great place to visit old friends and make new friends. Shawn Atlanti ran the Film Festival in Ken Seddington's absence. The Saturday night banquet and EBE awards ceremony was another heart-warming event. Again the talents and dedication of Bob and Teri Brown, their daughters, the IUFOC staff, the A/V crew, and the Flamingo Resort Hotel staff have provided a great service to truthseekers from around the world.

On Sunday evening Thomas Van Flandern, Ph.D. started our very educational week with a three-hour power-point presentation. He received a Ph.D. in Astronomy from Yale in 1969 and then spent 20 years at the U.S. Naval Observatory where he became the Chief of Celestial Mechanics. In 1991 he formed Meta Research and became editor of the Meta Research Bulletin that specializes in reporting anomalies and evidence that do not fit the standard theories in the field. He has been a Research Associate at University of Maryland and a consultant the Army Research Laboratory and NASA. He authored the 1993 book, Dark Matter, Missing Planets and New Comets. Van Flandern described the La Sage model of gravity as a rain of tiny particles or gravitons that pass through the earth most of the time. He said, "Gravity is a pushing force." More gravitons hit an apple from above than below, so it falls to the earth. According to the model, gravity must travel faster than C, the speed of light, so the spinning sun's gravity and light are not parallel. Experiments suggest the speed of gravity is > 20 C, and analysis shows Vg = ~ 2 billion C. He said that planets are not initially formed by accretion, and he described a fission model where a contracting sun spins up, oblates, and then spins off pieces. He reported planet explosion signatures. For example, Lapetus, which rotates once in 80 of our days, is black on one side and white on the other. He sees roll marks on the asteroid Eros. He attributes such explosions to five mass extinctions on Earth and reported more two asteroid belts beyond Neptune. The fact that Mars is strongly cratered on one side suggests that it was once a moon of another planet. He reported 5-foot-diameter glassy, translucent tubes on Mars and new papers that support living organisms in the soils. He said the famous face on Mars is hominid - not alien.

On Monday Donald Ware spoke for an hour on "Rising Consciousness of World Leaders." He has been a truthseeker and birder for 53 years. As a Director of the International UFO Congress he participated in the sixth and last State of the World Forum at the New York Hilton held in conjunction with the UN Millennium Summit in September 2000, and he was invited to be among the 150 participants in the Brussels Conference 18-20 Jun 03. This conference was titled, National Sovereignty and Universal Challenges: Choices for the World After Iraq. The former European Chairman of the Trilateral Commission chaired it. Speakers included: Pat Cox, President of the European Parliament; His Royal Highness Prince El Hassan Bin Talal of Jordan; David Sandalow, Executive VP of the World Wildlife Fund; Air Marshall Sir Timothy Garden, former Director of the Royal Institute for International Affairs; and James Woolsey, Former CIA Director and now Partner and VP of Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. At Forum 2000 Ware participated in several round tables, one on Democratizing Global Governance. There he recommended three books would be useful for the planners: Above Top Secret by Timothy Good because it describes major UFO events in various countries and how each government reacted; Witnessed by Budd Hopkins because it describes aliens abducting the Secretary General of the UN and accusing humanity for polluting the oceans; and Paper 72 of The Urantia Book, Government on a Neighboring Planet, because it says that ideas expressed there would be useful here at this time. Ware was allowed to put a web page on the exclusive Forum web site that attracted the attention of the Forum President, Jim Garrison. This led to the invitation to the Brussels Conference. Though he could not attend, he was asked to comment on the issues prior to the conference and on the draft Integral Governance Initiative that followed the conference, addressing 20 of the world's most serious problems. This new effort was inspired by Jean Rischard's book, High Noon: Twenty Global Challenges, Twenty Years to solve Them. Freddy Silva, from England, is author of Secrets in the Fields: The Science and Mysticism of Crop Circles. He has recently directed the DVD documentary, "Stairways to Heaven: The Practical Magic of Sacred Space." The title of his presentation was," Crop Circles, Cathedrals and Sacred Spaces: The Energy Connection." He said, "Something changed inside me when I first saw crop circles. I was inspired to try to show the public what it's all about." He mentioned 10,000 crop circles, mostly in the United Kingdom, but some are in many other countries. One record dated from 1678. He described an unusual magnetism in them. Concerning the highly publicized debunkers, Doug and Dave, who claimed to have made them, he said their wives did not notice their absence during the night. A whistleblower said the British Ministry of Defense arranged the Doug and Dave episode for media consumption. Silva said that genuine crop circles start with a spiral off center. Many people experience healings in crop circles, just like in certain churches. He said some people can see a three-dimensional energy field aligned with the circles, and some audio and camera equipment is affected by the energies. They also influence biological systems. Many sacred Geometry symbols are made in the fields, similar to those in Gothic cathedrals. Silva said that when Pope Gregory persecuted and tried to irradiate the Knights Templar to get their money, they had their sacred geometry from the Egyptian mystery schools built into the cathedrals. Silva was once "compelled" to take a picture at sunset. It showed two beams of light coming straight down, and people have seen beams of light form circles. www.lovely.clara.net

Bruce Moen is an engineer turned afterlife explorer, an author, and teacher living in Denver, Colorado. He authored four books that recount his experiences; Voyages into the Unknown, Voyage Beyond Doubt, Voyages into the Afterlife, and Voyage to Curiosity's Father, and also The Afterlife Knowledge Guidebook that teaches a simple system of exploration beyond physical reality. His curiosity led him to know, beyond all doubt, that we continue to exist after death. Deeper exploration of this non-physical reality revealed the existence of beings from elsewhere, within our universe and beyond. Regardless of the titles of his books, he admitted there is no such thing as "afterlife" - there is only life. When Moen was age 6 playing in the sandbox he repeatedly had a daydream of hearing footsteps come up the stairs and a man opening the door. He dove through a curtained window. Then he found himself back in his sandbox playing with his truck. This happened several times a month. He decided that in his last life he died jumping out a second story window to escape a jealous husband. This eventually led him the Monroe Institute lifelines experience. Sometimes he now makes contact with people who have left their physical bodies and helps them get where they are supposed to go. He discussed how to use non-physical senses. He described an exercise that proves that life continues. Moen said he made telepathic contact with a "spokesman for a telepathic race, a member of a Federation of many groups. Other groups observing us are not members of the Federation. He said the energy of love is coming to the Earth. Thomas F. Valone, Ph.D. is a physicist and licensed engineer with 30 years professional experience. He is president and founder of Integrity Research Institute and editor of Future Energy. He has authored several reports and studies and three books: Homopolar Handbook, Electrogravitic Systems, and Bioelectromagnetic Healing. He was co-author of the Proceedings of the Conference on Future Energy. His talk was titled, "Researching the Energy Technology of UFOs." He mentioned the Integratron built by UFO contactee, George Van Tassel for rejuvenation, and said, "When you deal with high voltage, the rules change." High voltage electromagmetic fields penetrate several centimeters into the human body. Diseased cells have low trans-membrane potential, and electrons are anti-oxidants. In the future chiropractors might have an electro-therapy room with a compact form of couch or "electric chair" to heal people. He thought for marketing purposes though, that a different name would be used. He mentioned John Searl's collaboration with German saucer builders, describing 12 roller magnets on the edge of a disk that he calls a "homopolar generator." In discussing zero-point energy he mentioned a government web site, www.grc.nasa.gov. He described "dark energy" as zero-point energy and said most astronomers like to keep them separate. In closing he mentioned that the B-2 bomber uses a flame-jet generator for auxiliary power.

Tuesday Rudy Schild, Ph.D. from the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics spoke on, "Dark Matter and Dark Planets: The Case for Life on Other Worlds." He was introduced as a scientific advisor for the late Dr. John Mack. He has 200 reports published in scientific journals, and says that planets far outnumber stars. He asked, "What if I stop disbelieving the UFO reports and do what scientists do - trust the observations." This was his first talk to any UFO group, and I really liked his statements about our Congress, saying: "You are the people who are the heroes in this scientific revolution. This phenomenon fits into a wonderful picture that tends to clean up the loose ends of science." With the big telescope in Arizona, he saw fluctuations when the light of a quasar passed through dark matter. This led him to understand that, "The dominant mass of the universe is planets. The mass of stars is secondary." He said that for every star, the universe made a billion planets. For each star with planets, on the average, one has just the right temperature for life. He said that a number of abductees were sent his way, and many had recollections of other places in the universe and advanced craft. Some aliens put their hands in gloved structures for control. Other controllers of craft seemed to sit in a central area in telepathic communication with each other and perhaps the craft. Crystals may amplify the mental power to do work. He mentioned Edgar Mitchell's "quantum hologram." He mentioned the many things that are described in near death experiences, and said there must be something like wormholes. He said, "I think my soul has a wormhole connection to the rest of the universe." He related Einstein's 4-dimensional universe to "frequency space, and said God is the sum of all frequencies in frequency space, all wisdom, knowledge, etc. He wanted to know the mathematics of transformation from Einstein's universe to frequency space. Dr. Schild noted that those from elsewhere choose the time to visit, and they talk about potential futures. He deducted that "frequency space must include the history of time." During the Q&A he was asked about the ABC special, "Seeing is Believing." He said, "We have to forgive our enemies. Aliens are here to work with us, to help us. We are ready to mix our DNA. Their agenda is our agenda."

Simeon Hein received a Ph.D. in sociology from Washington State University in 1992, taught statistics seven semesters, had several articles published in social science journals, studied remote viewing and became and instructor at the Farsight Institute in Atlanta. He has taught Resonant Viewing since 1997 and published Opening Minds in 2002. See www.resonantviewing.org. Ron Russell is a professional artist with works in the Smithsonian. He guides tours to crop circles every July, and he met Hein on a tour. Now he also teaches remote viewing in Boulder, CO. See www.cropcircles.org. They teamed up for an "Instructional Seminar on Remote Viewing" to teach basic sensory qualities of non-local objects, places, and persons. Hein said, "Our subconscious mind taps into the matrix." Our bodies are built like an antenna structure with proportions of the golden mean, 1x1.1618x1.1618. He said fractal geometry helps us with subtle ethereal energies. We seem to be living crystal systems. Some crop formations act like crystals. He mentioned experiments where computer random generators detect human consciousness peaks. Two group RV sessions were conducted. In the RV session he said, "Your ego sometimes wants to throw out the baby with the bath water. Learn to go with the flow. What is most confusing is often most accurate." He then showed results of a series of RV sessions showing that remote viewers can transcend space and time.

Jim Marrs earned a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from the University of North Texas, and he worked for several Texas newspapers from 1968 to 1980 with a brief leave to serve in a Fourth Army Intelligence unit in Viet Nam. He authored Crossfire: The Plot That Killed Kennedy, Psi Spies, Alien Agenda, and Inside Job: Unmasking the 9/11 Conspiracies, the subject of his talk. He started by announcing that he is apolitical. His rehearsed one-liners got more laughs than any other speaker. He seemed to me a lot like a political comedian. He said, "What you don't know can hurt you… The system is in trouble. We are the Star Wars evil empire… Rule by majority is a lynch mob. The wealthy elite that controls the country controls the media. Now it is down to about three companies." He said that North Korea has WMD and says they will use them on us. "Why not threaten them? They don't have oil. Iran says they do not have WMD, but we say they do." He said that in 1915 the Lusitania illegally carried supplies to Great Britain. "The German Government placed an add saying they would sink it. People were advised not to travel on it… They sank it, and we entered WWI. Roosevelt knew Pearl Harbor was going to be attacked, and he let it happen… We lost 3000 people on 9/11, and it got a united America into WWIII." Marrs said Kennedy apologized for his responsibility for the Bay of Pigs, and then asked if Bush has apologized for his responsibility for 9/11. He said that the real smoking gun was when a captured guy said he worked for three Saudi Princes and a Pakistani Air Marshall. Then all four died in plane and car crashes. "So, the Saudis are most likely the ones behind this, and their good friends - the Bushes." Then he went on to implicate Pete Peterson, Chairman of the Council on Foreign Relations, in the conspiracy because of an insurance scam, and finally Dick Cheney, because it "lined the pockets of his company - Halliburton." Marrs said, "We will defend our individual liberties. We have guns."

Sean David Morton spoke on "Future Prospects of the World According to the Bible Code" presenting the prophesy work of Joseph Noah. Morton is known for arranging to produce ultrasound pictures of Dulce Base, and making the closest video I have seen of flying saucer activity in Area 51. He is Director of the Prophesy Research Institute and publisher of the Delphi Associates Newsletter. He quoted Noah as saying, "The Bible Code brings a final warning to mankind. We have caused the current sickness of the earth, and it must repair itself to accommodate the coming Golden Age." Morton thanked some leading researchers for sharing their knowledge with him and also mentioned an unflattering meaning for the acronym MUFON. He said the Clear Channel has unlimited money to buy radio stations, and now TLC Trust owns 49% of radio stations in the US. He said Isaac Newton tried to decode the Bible code, but he did not have the computer to manage the equidistant letter sequences. He mentioned a time traveler named John who came here from 2034 using a machine made by General Electric. Among Morton's predictions were: a Libyan bomb on the Dome of the Rock in 2006; Chinese needing food, water and women; Denver Airport becoming the new underground center of government; a mid-east peace plan signed in 2005 and lasting 3 ˝ years; massive identity theft leading to an ID chip in the hand; eruption of Mt. Rainier in 2005; earthquakes in Yellowstone and the New Madrid Fault in 2006; and an asteroid causing three earth axis shifts starting 2010. He predicted those choosing righteousness would survive a coming holocaust, and a new race would begin to become evident in 2011.

Wednesday William Henry spoke on "Stargates of the Gods." His study and in-depth knowledge of symbolism and mythology enable him to provide great insights into the signs and symbols of our times, and among his ten books is the best seller, Cloak of the Illuminati and Stargate 2012. Henry compares Sumerian, Egyptian, and Mayan images with those of leading edge modern physics to highlight the scientific and spiritual revolution that is transforming our world. www.williamhenry.net. He showed a "radiant pillar " from J.P. Morgan's private art collection, and Enki's "flying saucer." "God" was shown entering the earth riding a sine wave vibration, and he mentioned purifying the human in preparation the enter the "gateway to the gods." He said that the symbol of Atlantis is concentric rings with a cross in the middle. One picture of the capitol of Atlantis that he showed was similar the one I saw at Damanhur depicting Atlan 13,000 years ago when the artist visited there by traveling through a gateway in time. Henry said, "Stargate science of the gods is coming back, and it will be mainstream science in the next decade." He reported that Hoagland said on Art Bell's show that Carl Sagan knew what he was trying to show us in the movie, "Contact."

Michael Salla has an MA in Philosophy and a Ph. D in Government from the Elliot School of International Affairs at George Washington University. He defines exopolitics as the scholarly study of the main actors, institutions and processes associated with an extraterrestrial presence that is not acknowledged to the general public. He is the author/editor of Why the Cold War Ended, Essays on Peace, The Hero's Journey Toward a Second American Century, and Exopolitics: Political Implications of the Extraterrestrial Presence (2004). He taught at the Australian National University and American University 1994-2004. He spoke on "The Legacy of the Nazi-Extraterrestrial Connection" and described post WWII Germany as a state based on principles of the occult. He said their technological success was done on the back of concentration camp victims. He made many references to books, such as Henry Steven's Hitler's Flying Saucers and Renato Vesco's Man-Made UFOs. He said that Project Sign, 1947-1948, involved an investigation of the German flying saucers. He mentioned communications in the Thule and Vril societies and that the Nazis understood that there was a mind/machine interface. He said The Unholy Alliance documents that Hitler eliminated the elite of occult societies so his SS could control all occult knowledge. In 1929 Himler was appointed to oversee occult knowledge and infuse it with marshal arts, mirroring what the Knights Templar had done earlier. "Then they could achieve mastery over others." Salla said that the Nazi SS were not like the Kissinger crowd that got psychics to contact esoteric sources for them, they did it themselves. He said that Dan Morris reported two flying saucer crashes in Germany in 1931-1932, and Dan Salter reported two in Russia. He quoted Herman Oberth as saying, "We have been helped by the people of other worlds." General Hans Kammler was in charge of building underground facilities in both Germany and Antarctica. He disappeared 4 Apr 44, and 70,000 Nazi SS were reported missing from Germany when the war was over. In the final days most long-range planes were being used to carry people south. He said that after Admiral Byrd returned from Operation High Jump to Antarctica in 1946 he said, "In case of a new war, the US will be attacked by vehicles that can go from pole to pole." Salla said that Adrian, of The Pleiadian Connection, reported that after WWII, vehicles went from earth to both the moon and Mars, and Betty Hill reported seeing Nazis on board the alien vehicle she was taken aboard. He said that Ed Teller and The Jason Society knew what the Germans did. Len Horowitz received his doctorate from Tuft's University in 1977 and later earned two master's degrees. Among his 14 books are, Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola - Nature, Accident, or Intentional and his latest, DNA: Pirates of the Sacred Spiral. It discusses how "scientific advances in electro-genetics explain humanity's fundamental spirituality - the source of life's physical manifestation in a quantum field." He said that the Bushes, Cheney, and Rockefeller are a great threat. "More effective techniques for the control of population growth are at hand." "Corporate cash flow left six aboriginal tribes extinct." He showed slides of the "New World" Denver Airport murals "depicting genocide." He said, "Chemtrails cause dying people, mostly ethnic populations," and then he spoke of Masonic conspiracy. He said, "The energy of hate is inhuman." (I will report not only on what I saw and heard, but what I felt. I felt the energy of hate from the stage.) He said that this is an alien agenda. "Flue vaccines are free. What do you get for free today? Genocide." He mentioned The Message from Water III and said, "Not only does water produce love energies, it reacts to love energies." He spoke of the electrical nature of our physical bodies and said that we are spiritual beings. He connected the name of Henry Kissinger with 666. He referred to reincarnation as possibly "genetic-hydro-electric memory." He closed by encouraging us to "celebrate the sacredness of our genetics and of our spirit." www.steamventinn.com.

Delores Cannon is a retired Navy wife from Arkansas who learned hypnosis and past-life regression about age 50. She considers herself a regressionist and psychic researcher cataloging "lost" knowledge. She wrote 10 books before The Convoluted Universe Book II, source for much of her talk. My recent favorites have been; The Legend of Starcrash, A Soul Remembers Hiroshima, Jesus and the Essenes, and The Custodians. She started her talk by saying, "Now I get information I could not understand in the beginning. If I am not open to studying new methods and ideas, I am no better than the church." Once she heard a voice in her head that said she was chosen to receive information because they know she will do something with it. Other interesting comments were: "When we were communicating with Nostradamus he was alive, not on the spirit side; Take the fear away in UFO abductions, and you get to what is really happening; Communicating with words is very slow, but mind-to-mind you communicate with symbols and concepts." She said, "In 20 years of working with abductees, I have never encountered negativity from the aliens." "They have been taking care of us since the beginning of time." They yelled at her, "You are not drinking enough water." Cannon said that she had been drinking Pepsi as a habit so she switched to water. They told her not to eat hamburger, because it lowers her vibrations. She said that one abductee thought she was being harmed, but she was being healed. Aliens were trying to repair an injury she got when she fell during a drug overdose, and she accidentally was cut on the breast. Cannon mentioned light balls that analyze people's bodies, and had one case of aliens replacing a heart valve. She said they monitor tens of thousands of humans. She said that people of Atlantis misused genetic engineering and energies, and aliens are concerned we might too. We are getting back these abilities, and we will need them in the new age. She learned that government underground cities are not as deep as the ancient alien underground cities. Other choice comments: "When I do Art Bell we get 400 e-mails a day. Everybody wants to tell their stories; ETs call God the Source; The new Earth is an event so important the entire universe is watching; We will shift into a new dimension; The Mayan calendar ends 2012, because the whole Earth will shift." She finds that she does not want to talk about the old Earth any more. "Those of the old Earth will be left behind, not ready to go. They don't understand. They had their choice. Negative karma can't go to the new Earth."

Thursday Barbara Lamb, a clinical psychologist, hosted an open mike session to allow attendees to share with the whole group a brief outline of their contact experiences. It is an important step in integrating, allowing one to feel accepted by people who are deeply interested in these happenings. She said she has regressed 490 people to ET contact. Without regression, some only remember the first few moments, or the last, being "slammed awake" by falling into bed. She said some want to stop the encounters and some welcome the feelings of unconditional love and miss them when the encounters stop. Some have a mixture of feelings. No audio or video was allowed during these mini talks. The experiencers were: Bonnie - She had many encounters but did not feel "abducted," because if she said "no" the aliens backed away, respecting her free will. Three aliens took her to a 30-foot UFO that took them to a ship "the size of Chicago." She was told, "wait here, someone wants to meet you." A 7-foot-tall blue being with a beak and talons on the fingers wanted her to realize all aliens are not blonde and blue-eyed. He took her to a room with 16 different types of aliens, but all humanoid. The tall one said that the earth is going through a natural process. Though we have free will, they will not let us destroy the planet. He said their ship was 40 miles long and had been here 72 years. Bonnie met the captain. She said they have a sense of humor. She met six people on board that now get together once/week in Wisconsin, some since 1974. Five of them were at this convention. Russell - He said he recalled seeing Bonnie on board. When he was 16, he, his brother, and his father saw a night light type UFO. Last month he was on a very large craft. He said if we try to fight these guys we are in for trouble. He said, "I realized that we are wonderful spiritual beings. Recognition of that will be important for survival." Rev. Mondara - This lady said she represented the Ashtar Command. In February 2001 when taking an afternoon nap, she found herself suddenly on a big ship. She was given a robe to wear that she was told would project who she was as she went to a meeting of 300 beings. She said, "I had chosen to do this before this life." They said to hug everyone. "I felt great love, even from spider-like beings." She was told to write down her memories immediately. She closed by saying: "Know that we are the event in the universe now." Billions are here to help or watch. Please be a part of it." Janice - She had been taken at least six times. At age 7 she had a very positive life change. At age 29 she got two implants in her ear and one in her sinuses. She said, "I am sure they keep me healthy." Her interesting statements included: "They are here to receive the Earth when we finally screw it up. They cause cattle mutilations. Her pregnancy was gone after three months. If we don't learn what we have to learn we will go in a different direction." Diana - She remembers looking at the stars when she was about 5 knowing that they were teaming with life. She said some life has a silicone base; some has a higher vibration. She joined the study group. She said that during the awakening process a person is vulnerable. The dark side tries to take you off the track. Once when under psychic attack she called on the light for protection. A female voice said, "It is not working. You are not saying it calmly enough. Fear and anger are negative emotions that feed negative beings and give your power away." Diana said that on "the peace ship" they have classes where they learn to move objects on a screen with their mind. She said that once on board she got all dressed up and went to a "black tie affair." Ron - He said this was his first incarnation for 4-5,000 years. He said, "I am a medical doctor. I can take people to the craft for procedures that take about 10 minutes. You get beamed up, go through orientation, and then have the procedure. Afterward you feel great love. He said that he could bring an apprentice from up there and allow them to use his body. "When you pray for assistance these beings help you. They are workaholics." Sandy - She has been in the study group in Wisconsin for 20 years. She said things come to her in meditation. A man from on board came. "When he faced me I felt wave after wave of love. I could not stop looking at his eyes, blue and green, almost marbleized, with no whites." She said her nightlife memories were all positive. "Their spirituality makes us look pre-school." Kathy - In 1991 she saw five lights on a saucer while driving, and then she started to realize she was having contact experiences. In one experience she was sitting at a fountain with her feet in the water. A man in a brown hooded robe said, "You should work on your feet. They are very stiff." She said she has had negative things come her way, but she has been able to fend them off. Sue - She has been in the Wisconsin group for four years. She was regressed to a past life as Ming, with blue eyes without the white. Ming was a collector of plants and animals. When a bird becomes extinct here, it still exists elsewhere. Everything had to be in its place. She said, "The earth is going through a transition. It is a lot of work." Gloria - She is from Alabama and Texas, and was contacted in the 1970s. They insisted that she send a newsletter, and they would provide the articles. They said I was a "stepping stone" from our reality to theirs, to bridge ignorance. They said the spoken language is very slow, so they prefer not to use it. She was told, "As you begin to leave earth and travel elsewhere, your bodies will look more like theirs. You must develop fast spiritually. We are trying to instill feelings of spirituality into man." Marius - He has been having seemingly unrelated experiences for 50 years. He was drawing a map of the neighborhood when he was a 16-year-old scout, and "everything disappeared - no map, compass or pencil." He went home bewildered. Once he felt a bump in his leg, and he scratched it out. He threw it away. He said the word implant had not been invented. He dreamt of space beings. When he read the Condon Report, he said it was "whitewash." He said he took the "Hopkins quiz" to determine if he was an abductee, and 9 of 10 questions indicated that he was. He had one experience of becoming invisible. He woke with blood on his pillow and a hole punched in his ear. It happened "about once a month." He said he had a scary dream about a four fingered being, and at the MUFON conference, he was told to go to Laughlin and get regressed. Nona - She said she had five hybrid children in Vermont and others elsewhere. She was taken to underground bases. She was told by aliens, "We need you now." A small ship came down and a "row of children came out." They said, "We need you." I said, "No. I belong here." Nona said, "If we are going to destroy this world, I don't feel bad about a bit of me allowing others to start over." I miss John Mack. I would not be here if it were not for him. He brought me from feeling insane to feeling that I am a wonderfully empowered person." Maria - This Japanese lady said this was her sixth IUFOC Convention. She said she has seen a mother ship at her window. Once she dreamt she was shot and died. "Everything became dark. Then I woke up feeling joyful. Our soul remains forever." She said that a few weeks ago her body was levitated and she couldn't move. A black creature came, and she screamed so loud her neighbor heard her. She was told that she had not experienced fear, so they caused her to experience fear so she could have more empathy with others who do.

Ann Andrews and her son Jason Andrews have written two books about their case: Abducted - The True Story of Alien Abduction in Rural England and Jason, the story of a child of alien origin. Ann has started speaking about their case in the hope that other children will be believed and supported when involved in similar events. This was Jason's first public presentation. There was much fear, anger, and confusion before they reached their current level of acceptance and understanding. Ann said, "Jason has an important role to play in the alien agenda. My regret is that it took me so long to understand what was happening to my son." When young, he had an "invisible" friend named Unice who wore silvery suits and was taller than his father, Paul. She heard him talking is his room, and when she opened the door, he said, "You scared him away again." During a thunderstorm at age four, he sat up speaking lots of numbers. At that age he could barely count to ten. Anne said, "They heard knocks on doors and windows. Jason said, 'I have to go. They are waiting for me.' When his dad picked him up, the knocking started again." She said electrical appliances had a mind of their own, but the electrician said nothing is wrong. Their animals died and were taken away by some officials. Later all livestock died, except some in another field. Officials said, "Now that you have no way to make a living, you must move off the property." Ann said, "For nine years we have been trying to get back on our own property." Jason apparently had another brother living with the aliens. Unice said they were working with the wrong brother, "Jason is the one with the original soul." Ann said that the investigator, Tony Dodd, became their lifeline. Once Jason fell off a horse, but it did not hurt. He was told that they absorbed all the pain. Ann reported that Jason said, "I didn't feel a thing. I had allowed them to experience my feelings. They don't like feeling pain." Pregnant cows suddenly became barren, and the vet was mystified. They sold the cattle. Ann said that the land agent's contacts had been advised that the local Council's strings were being pulled by "very big guns." When Ann approached a phone company van near their house and asked to see their work order, they left. Later she asked the driver of another phone truck about a number that had been spliced into their line. He traced it to an old house with new phone equipment. They went there, heard strange noises, and felt a strange energy in the bedroom. Jason said that it was "their" energy. Now, that energy is wherever he sleeps. They said it protects him. Now Jason helps people go to aliens without fear. He gets lots of letters from people with no one to turn to, some close to suicide. Jason asked what Ann would name his brother that was with the aliens. She said "Nathan." He said that if she wanted to meet him, it had to be out of love. They visited Mary Rodwell, in Australia, for regression. Under hypnosis Ann saw the baby being taken. When she felt pain, a tall human put his hand on her forehead, and the pain went away. Unice has since brought Nathan, holding a red rose to meet her. He needed a haircut and had a tooth missing.

Jason, now married to an experiencer named Jacqueline, then described his memories. When very young he remembered hands picking him up that were not mom or dad. He said that by age 12 he understood his situation and was coming to grips with it. Family support helped overcome the fear. They showed him more abilities he had, "helping him to remember how to help people physically and emotionally." He said that Anne was about to give birth to a stillborn baby when I chose to come into this life, but I forgot who I was. The grays and hybrids are my friends. He said, "Nathan was a bridge for me. Nathan is here with us today, but he is a bit shy." He said, "We have many, many lives. The difference between me and others is that I can remember every past life for a long time." I am here to help if others want it. I am not allowed to interfere. During the Q&A someone asked about human origins. Jason said that we did not evolve naturally. Another asked about Indigo children and ADHD. Jason said, "They need to be themselves, rather than what you want them to be."

Steven Jones, one of the open mike speakers last year from the UK, described in more detail his interaction with transgenic children and a profound relationship with one of the "abductors." He remembered a "witch" flying around his bedroom in the late 1950s. Then in 1993 in a museum he saw a depiction of a being with a flat face, no nose, and beautiful, dark eyes that reminded him of the witch. He said that he remembered having to go somewhere after picnics, "into the forest where there was a two-story building with windows at the top. In it I felt bigger. My small sickly looking friends there played games with me. They didn't speak." When he was 16, in 1963, after watching a concert on TV with three friends, he went to sleep in the basement. He woke the next morning in a different house with no clothes. He went to the kitchen wrapped in a sheet and scared the lady there, who was his friend's mother. John loaned him clothes to go home in, and they never spoke of it for many years. Then he uncovered 30 years of experiences through regression. He remembered his physical body moving through a thick window and three small gray beings. On board a vehicle he "made a deposit into a galactic sperm bank." He was comforted by an older, wiser being he called, "My Lady." He was shown beings floating in a blue liquid. She said, "They are yours." He recognized her as the witch from childhood. He saw his friend Paul on board who was sick. He comforted Paul and helped him get to bed in his home. Then the aliens put Steven in another bed in Paul's home. Later he was floated to a craft and met a small being called Little Star. We played with colored blocks, making one remain levitated. Later we were asked to nurture sickly looking babies. We put our hands on the bellies of the older ones on the floor. The hands of one touched his face and gave him a shock. Jones said, "Now, I have met Little Star outside of the ET experience. The relationship is profound. Now I choose to participate, no longer a victim." He said, "I think I had a new implant. I felt upgraded." He remembers blood coming from his nostril in the bedroom, and a strange aroma. Once while at a party, things slowed down, sounds were muffled, and he became invisible to other people. He said that he sat in a chair and "disconnected." The next morning his wife found him in his bedroom in a deep sleep. Memories started returning 36 hours later. Steven said Jason refers to the aliens an the "watchers." He said we should get over the quest to prove aliens exist. We should look at our contact experiences for answers. The response of the "abductee" determines how we perceive it. We should open our hearts to new possibilities.

Joe Lewels, Ph. D. and Barbara Lamb, MS teamed up to pay tribute to the late John Mack by reporting on reptilian beings in UFO contact cases, one of Mack's requests to his colleagues. Lewels is author of The God Hypothesis: Extraterrestrial Life and its Implications for Science and Religion. Lamb is a psychotherapist and Certified Hypnotherapist with extensive experience with contactees. Lewels said they and Mack tried to help experiencers out of the victim role to a participant role. He heard Mack at the 1993 Ozark UFO Conference talk about hundreds of experiencers who had no signs of mental disorder. So, when he returned to El Paso he formed a MUFON group and recruited a psychotherapist and learned to use hypnotherapy. At the 1995 Brisbane, Australia conference they both listened to a native shaman speak of 10,000-year-old "spirit beings" they met in "dream time." He realized that the recent ET hypothesis and the ancient God hypothesis coexisted in a symbiotic relationship. He said that the "forbidden Rs" in science are Religion, Reincarnation, and Reptilian. He said that people describe reptilians as: tall, muscle bound, scaly, sexual, aggressive, noble, wise, good teachers, and spirit guides. Some experiencers were in that form in prior lives. They can take people physically or out-of-body. They are sometimes seen with grays or insectoids. Even if someone reported being taken to a musty cave and violated, John taught them to not allow the experience to drag them down. He said that Enki was depicted as a serpent man who created a new worker race from the less evolved primates, and statues of Mesopotamian gods have reptilian features. He also noted that our pineal gland is not made of brain tissue and has been called the "gateway to the soul."

Barbara Lamb met John Mack when they were both presenters at the 1993 Rocky Mountain UFO Conference. She said Mack had a profound impact on people. He saw ET encounters as opportunities to integrate the psyche for spiritual growth. He asked Lamb to bring out more information about reptilians. She said Mack thought reptilians represent a shadow side that needs to be recognized and integrated to make us whole. In her 490 cases over 14 years she had 13 involving reptilians. Experiencers reported that, when aroused, reptilian's eyes turned bright red. In one case, Jan and her husband had been trying to conceive for 15 years. During a reptilian encounter they said she had given them several live babies, and they were fixing her reproductive system so she could have children. They soon had two. Ms. "S" reported reptilian encounters and also Nordic encounters. Three little white beings visited, and her sister saw them too. One apparently helped increase her ability for reiki. Mrs. "P" said that at age 11 she was forced to marry a reptilian. She had her first hybrid child at age 15. At age 43 she met another hybrid child she had not known about. She wanted to take it home, but that was not allowed. Lamb said they sometimes show people horrible scenes to "study our energies." Lamb once saw a reptilian with slit eyes in her living room at 3 PM. He held her hands and said; "Now you know we are real."

Friday Wendelle Stevens spoke first. His talk, "UFO Contact from Planet Korendor," is based on the reports of Robert P. Renaud. Stevens is a founding IUFOC Director and author of at least 22 books. I think he is the most knowledgeable researcher outside of the Majestic group. Many of his fascinating reports can be found at www.ufophotoarchives.com. In 1961 Renaud was an 18-year-old Ham Radio Operator, electronics wizard, and inventor who was contacted on his short wave radio and taught to modify his TV to pick up Korendoran images while they conversed. His story did not receive much attention in the US because Coral Lorenzen misinterpreted a sarcastic remark when one of his pictures was questioned, but Lou Zinstag took him to the Netherlands and the Vatican. While investigating his photos, Stevens learned that Chiefs of all KodaColor processing labs were governed by a classified directive requiring an agent to approve all pictures about subjects like UFOs. Renaud said that there are beings from Venus who operate in a different frequency range. They have to slow their vibrations to interact with us. Venus has a good natural environment for them. Stevens made other interesting comments: Korendorans use other languages fluently, and they use all of our forms of communication. They travel at ultra light speed. Some aliens have underground and undersea bases. George Adamski was invited to stay in the Pentagon, but he chose another place to spend the night. When Billy Meyer hid a lady under his poncho on the way to a contact, he was told by Semjase to stop and let her off (in the rain). The Christian religion has 220 factions thinking they each have "the Truth." The Korendor vehicles were manufactured on their planet and "transported" here. They had a 60-ft craft that carried unmanned disks. Their 150-ft craft had a crew of 60. Their 400-ft sphere was so big they gave him a guidebook to find his way around the ship. The July 1967 issue of Flying Saucer told about Renaud's visit to an underground base. Renaud was given a space suit, and he walked in space before our astronauts did. Korendor is one of 150 planets in an alliance of United Worlds founded 650 years ago. The official governing body is the Council of Elders. They do not govern by edict, but they offer suggestions. When Renaud was taken for long periods, they provided a double to replace him at home and at work. Stevens said there is a picture of Renaud and a lady riding "moon scooters" on the moon. Korendor is three times the size of Earth with a gravity of 3.2 G. There, a fall might break a bone, so when he was teleported there he appeared in a shorter, sturdier body. In closing, Stevens reported that after the advertisement for this talk was put on the Congress web site he received a CD from Renaud with 400 pages of his more recent notes. He had made several trips to Korendor, some for pleasure and some for business. Wow!

Next A.J. Gevaerd, from Brasilia, teamed up with Dr. Roger Leir to report on the Varginha crash/retrieval case. In 1986 Gevaerd left his job as a chemistry teacher to become a full-time UFO researcher. For 21 years he has edited the Brazilian UFO Magazine, and he is the founding Director of the Brazilian Center for UFO Research with over 1200 members. He also is the IUFOC Director for South America and represents CUFOS, MUFON, and Skywatch International. He said that on 29 Jun 96 a US authority informed the Brazilian military that an object was coming there, so they tracked it on radar and assisted the US in dealing with the case. An Army School for Sergeants reacted, but twenty some people saw aliens in the woods and called the Fire department. One or more aliens were taken to a military hospital. Three girls saw a strange creature crouching near a wall. They ran home and told their mother. When they came back, it was gone. Men in black offered money for them to retract their story. These poor honest people did not take a cent. Irene Granchi soon heard about it and called other researchers. Five from the US came: Mack, Leir, Valley, Friedman, and Carpenter. At 10 PM a police car involved in the search almost hit a creature. He captured it with his bare hands, put it on his lap in the back seat, and took it to a clinic. Then it was taken to a regional hospital for two hours before being taken to an isolated hospital where it died. It had a long, forked tongue. Gevaerd said that many people risked their lives to tell us what happened.

Dr. Leir, known for his book, Aliens and the Scalpel, was impressed with his reception when he flew to Varginha to investigate. The Mayor met him at the airport, and the Mayor's son Rodolfo acted as his interpreter. He did not get physical evidence, but he did get facts and rumors about at least 2 and possibly 11 captured aliens. Soon after the policeman captured one alien, he got a bump in his armpit. Though he was given penicillin and tetramyacin, he got back pains, became delusional, got nausea, and died six hours after entering an ICU. He had infections in his lungs, urinary track and immune system, probably from an alien virus. He was 23 years old. Leir said there are indications that other people may have died of similar causes. He saw x-rays of the alien. It had a broken femur. Description: four feet tall, three protuberances on the head with no hair, small neck, thin arms, smooth oily skin with varicose veins, and three large toes with a vestigial appendage like a claw. The doctor said, "It was intelligent. I looked him in the eyes and could not take my eyes off it." It was taken from that hospital and later died, reason unknown. Leir said, "It may have decided it was not going to get home and left its body voluntarily." Gevaerd made some closing comments. The doctor said that during the operation on the alien's leg the light changed, there was a musty odor, and his perception changed. Varginha has many visitors, and bus pickup shelters are in the form of a flying saucer. The Mayor is planning a UFO Conference.

Paola Harris spoke next. Her subject was, "From Col. Corso to Charles Hall - The need for Witness Testimony." She has a MA in Education and teaches ancient history at the American Overseas School of Rome. She has a home in Boulder, Colorado. She is an Italo-American photojournalist and investigative reporter doing ET-related research since 1979. She was instrumental in having Corso's book, The Day After Roswell, published in Italian. In 2003 Granite Press published her book, Connecting the Dots…making sense of the UFO Phenomena. She said, "I wanted to do what Dr. Allen Hynek would have wanted to do. He asked me to bring Dr. Pinotti to the 1976 CUFOS Conference in Chicago." Pinotti asked her to write for two magazines. She said," Allen taught me how to investigate." He would listen to weird phenomena and say, "Our job is to collect the information." Harris said, "I started being a nuts and bolts investigator. I didn't know where to put all the other stuff. Allen said, 'This phenomenon is both physical and paranormal. Don't throw it out.'" We need to invent a new worldview. Clifford Stone told Harris that he was given a canister of film about the 1954 saucer landing at Holloman AFB. He talked about it on the phone, and in a few minutes two people appeared at the door and took it from him. Concerning the Ft. Riley, Kansas incident, Col. Corso made the following comments: Instructions as Post Duty Officer told of very sensitive cargo in the Veterinary section. At about 0200 he asked the sergeant on duty to see the sensitive cargo. There were six boxes. He raised the lid and tarp and shined a flashlight in. He first thought it was a child in liquid. Then he saw a large head, dark slanted eyes, slit mouth, two holes for a nose, no ears or hair, long thin arms, and five toes like us. He was a "little startled." When he asked where it came from, he was told from the Air Force, near Roswell, NM. It was on its way to WPAFB, OH. He asked why it was not shipped by plane, and he was told that planes crash so it was sent in three trucks. Corso said, "I put that in the back of my head until I knew what it was. Harris mentioned some of Corso's past experience: Ike's aid, Commander of an atomic missile battery, and Chief or Foreign Intelligence at the FTD at WPAFB. Then General Trudeau appointed him to head Army R & D in the Pentagon and gave him the Army files on Roswell. He said, "I don't think we were so brilliant that we knew what we had." He had a thing like a flashlight from the crash, but couldn't get it to work. It came on at brainwave frequencies. EBEs had four lobes of brain where we have two. They had no vocal cords, one lung, small heart, no sex organs, and there was no food or water on board the craft. "He was part of the flying saucer. If you take him out of his environment, he fades very fast," Corso said. He also said there were many other crashes, but he could only talk about that which he experienced. When Corso died, his family gave Paola Harris his briefcase. Harris is also a personal friend of Monsignore Corrado Balducci and said she would escort him to the X Conference. Balducci was reported to have said that humans are probably on the bottom rung of the ladder, and the devil does not need a UFO. Harris also had in-depth interviews with Charles Hall at Indian Springs AFB. Hall reported 8-ft-tall white aliens that have a base west of "Dogbone" dry lake north of the Indian Springs gunnery range. He helped them become familiar with humans so they could take their R & R time at the Stardust Hotel in Las Vegas. Then she said that Corso said 57 alien species were visiting Earth.

Charles Hall gave us great detail on his very unusual experiences with "tall white" aliens while a USAF weather observer in Nevada in 1965-1968. Following this assignment he served in Viet Nam, received an early discharge, married, and earned an MS in Nuclear Physics and an MA in Business Administration. Years later he began writing his memoirs for his children, and his wife convinced him to publish his story in the Millennial Hospitality series of three books. He currently works in nuclear physics and Oracle database management in Albuquerque. He said he was from a poor family in Wisconsin and after three semesters at the University of Wisconsin enlisted in the Air Force to avoid the draft. After getting exceptional grades on a standard battery of tests, he was sent to a six-month weather school. After only two months, he was sent to Nellis AFB near Las Vegas, Nevada. From there he was given orders to be the weather observer at the Indian Springs Gunnery Range 90 miles northwest, located south of Dogbone Lake, an instrumented and unmanned bombing range. This area, east of Area 51, is also called Area 53 and Area 54, sometimes referred to as Dreamland. He soon learned of an alien base in the mountains west of Dogbone Lake. The weather observer releases and tracks a balloon four times/day, and it is a solo job. In the seven years before his arrival, 41 weather observers had served there on three-week tours. Some became terrified and were transferred to far off places, and some became mentally disturbed and were given medical discharges. When a Major gave him his written orders, he locked the door and read him very secret verbal orders. He was cleared to go to Dreamland any time he wanted, day or nigh, but only alone. Never having heard of Dreamland, he at first thought he was being given permission to sleep on duty. He was then told he would know where it was. He later found there was an outer fence 1/3 the way up the mountain manned by US guards and an inner perimeter manned by aliens. Guards at both perimeters knew he was allowed to pass. He found that the area farther NW was a re-supply port for alien motherships. They each spend two weeks on the ground. He mentioned Booz-Allen as having a re-supply contract. He said the ships could travel faster than light in space, but only 8,000 MPH in our atmosphere. While on duty, the aliens came to watch him. It took him six months to get over the fear. They came with families, because they were curious. An alien guard called Range 4 Harry by the CIA often accompanied them. He asked the guard, "You are real, aren't you." Harry said, "I am as real as you are." Their bones were thinner and frailer than humans, though 5'11", one weighed only 90-110 pounds. They had less hair, larger eyes, thumbs ˝ as long as ours, and fingers longer and more flexible than ours. They shuffled when they walked. The whites of the eyes turned pinker with age. They live longer. After spending some years near our height, about age 40 they start growing taller and die when the organs can't support the body. Hall measured an old alien at 8 ˝ feet. They were vegetarian, had ridges instead of teeth, and did not wear wool or skins. When they dress up with wigs to go to the Stardust Hotel in Las Vegas, they have CIA guards. Hall said they operate faster than we, and can run 27-30 MPH for 3 miles. He took some new arrivals into the town of Indian Springs to learn about humans. Some were part of a technical exchange program, and they would practice interaction with Hall before meeting the generals. The first time an alien lady brought her children to see him, she said, "Do you understand that we love our children more than human mothers love their children?" During the Q & A Hall said that he had met three "Norwegian" type aliens, and that some American generals go to the moon with the tall whites.

Jaime Maussan from Mexico gave the first presentation Saturday. He holds a BS in journalism and communications. He is well known for his national TV programs, "60 Minutes", "From Sunday to Sunday," and "ECO." He is also internationally known for his UFO/alien investigations. The lights were low for his excellent new pictures of many UFOs and live aliens, so my notes were sparse. I highly recommend buying the video of his presentation. Maussan first reported on the IR film from the drug-hunting plane that got international media attention. Ten or more UFOs that surrounded the plane left when the plane's lights were turned off. Then one followed the plane. They were also seen on radar. High government officials were not happy that the film was given to Maussan. He showed a UFO that was invisible to the eye but visible to the camera, and said that sky-watchers need to use Infrared. He showed videos of many silvery spheres making signs in the sky, similar to the signs in the crop fields. On 10 Jun 04 hundreds of spheres all moving together, apparently being controlled by a larger object in the middle. Analysts detected heat. On 27 Feb 05 a 300-500 meter object was videoed releasing many spheres, some colored red or blue. Maussan said that the Mayans believe that 2012 will be a time of great changes, and he mentioned a map of the future earth. He mentioned large Hebrew symbols melted into ice. I think he said it translated to, "On 9 the dragon will be born" and it related to the Bible codes. He closed saying, "Believe there is still good out there." This may have been his best of many presentations. Richard Boylan, Ph.D. is a behavioral scientist, anthropologist, clinical hypnotherapist, and researcher. He is President of the Star Kids Project, Ltd. and the Academy of Clinical Close Encounter Therapists, a non-profit education and research organization. Col. Steve Wilson gave him an interview about his amazing life just two weeks before he died of cancer in Phoenix. Boylan opened by welcoming the humans, hybrids, and star-visitors-posing-as-humans that were in the audience and stated that Col. Wilson would be 74 if he were still alive. He said there were billions of intelligent civilizations out there, and many feel like going into the universe to do good elsewhere. Our spiritual development has not kept pace with our technological development, so another tweaking of our genetics is occurring. Wilson joined the military at age 13 when his adoptive mother reported his age as 16. After finishing two years of college and other schooling, he was accepted at Officer Candidate School and became a fighter pilot flying combat in Korea. He was shot in the abdomen and radioed that he could not make it back to base. Three days later his plane landed without power and with him unconscious. His wounds healed quickly. His IQ had been measured at 162, but after that missing time it was 232. On another mission he landed his plane to pick up a downed buddy after he received a plea for help telepathically. Forty-six days later he was forced to land in enemy territory. He burned his plane and was captured. After being tortured he escaped by killing two guards, and he got back to a friendly base. After assignments at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH and Guantanamo, Cuba, he was assigned to Houston in 1962. Because of his special abilities he was assigned to MJ-12 as a Major. He returned to WPAFB for indoctrination and was shown ETs and crashed saucers in hangar 84. He got Delta Force and Black Beret training and was told that he ceased to exist on the outside. His telepathic ability was "special", and Wilson said, "I felt I was serving my country." He was then assigned to S-4 at Papoose Lake, NV where "the whole mountain was hollow." A CIA guy took him down an elevator and showed him a subway to Nellis AFB. [In 1968, a few years earlier, when I was assigned to Nellis, my neighbor flew the wing commander to Groom Lake in a T-39 every six months.] Wilson attended a meeting where an 8-foot tall Pleiadian woman had a crystal on the table that projected holograms of the history of the Earth with ET involvement, and scenes of Jesus as a teacher. Wilson was promoted to Colonel and given a Q-27 clearance. Boylan reported that, "Wilson despised the Wackenhut organization whose duties included managing hit men for people who broke security." He also headed Project Pounce, which doesn't exist until it is activated on a crash/recovery mission. He said that military astronauts were trained to attack space vehicles if they were told they were unfriendly. They were trained at a facility on the west side of the AF Academy. Wilson reported that Kissinger and Teller had the top clearance, Q-33. MJ-12 had the level 32 clearance. Manufacturing executives had Q-31, the top four Wackenhut executives and some military had Q-30. Wilson said Kissinger and Teller acted as though they were higher than the President. He felt sick about that, so he became a whistleblower and soon had cancer. Wilson said that in 1994 MJ-12 has 36 members. Concerning a policy split among MJ-12, Wilson said, "Yes." He reported a Tran America Subway System (TASS) that connects bases with McDonald Douglas, Lockheed Martin, etc. Machines can make six miles of tunnel per day. Boylan said that MJ-12 was under the Jason Society. He said that Col. Wilson's story has important implications. Our government is aware of highly advanced kids, and they got that way because of Star Visitors and incarnations. He said, "If this conference were put on a prime time news spot for about two weeks, the cover-up would be over." Wilson, Wolf, and Dean put their lives on the line for disclosure of government secrets. In the Q & A someone asked how the tunnels were made. Boylan said they melt stone and sand, and it makes glass walls. The machines are now made in Sweden. The last questioner from the audience said that in 1987 in Arizona she felt a train go under her, "My feet vibrated for a full minute."

During the lunch break Bill Hamilton provided an add-on presentation. I may have missed a bit while picking up a sandwich. He mentioned new sources of photos and documents, and said Robert Collins was "Condor." The Roswell crash led to the Z division at Los Alamos which later went to Albuquerque and became Sandia Laboratory. Dr. Vannevar Bush was interested in the mind interface with electrical equipment. Dr. Von Braun was taken to the saucer crash site near the Trinity nuclear site, and he spoke of the Project Paperclip crew at White Sands Missile Range. Hamilton mentioned Admiral Bobby Inman as having a Majestic roll and heading Science Applications International Corporation. He said, "It is all about time… before the great catastrophe," and he quoted Ben Rich, head of Lockheed "Skunk Works" as saying, "Now we have the technology to take ET home." Though I cannot give the details, Hamilton mentioned gravity control techniques, composite nanotubes, wormholes and Stargate. He spoke of Bill Uhouse who worked underground and knew J-rod, the alien recovered from the Kingman, AZ crash. He said Dr. Dan Burrich worked with live tissue of an alien from Zeta Reticula 2, trying to figure out why his nervous system was deteriorating. Burrich had said he worked for Project Aquarius. I noted one comment that I did not understand, "ET visitors are here to help with the doctrine of time-line convergence." www.astrosciences.info. Jim Marrs gave us a second presentation to update us on the ongoing UFO activity in Redgate, Montana. Last year he presented his excellent documentary video, "The Secret of Redgate." He mentioned that Elaine Hughes and her husband saw a football-shaped object in a field. A remote viewing team was asked to focus on their story before they heard it, and they drew a similar shaped object. In the summer of 2003 a group of kids saw a UFO take off and depart. A polygraph was used in the investigations around Redgate, and no one showed signs of deception. When one experiencer had a mental block that was hard for Dr. Leo Sprinkle to get through during regression, remote viewing was used that showed him being pulled up into an object overhead. When Linda was regressed to her childhood, she spoke as an 8-year-old. She referred to a "spider" craft because of the shape of the legs. She saw "cases" with people lying on them. One man's eyes were closed, but he was not dead. Linda said, "One being I called "Grasshopper Lady." It had a scaly head and big eyes." Linda had never seen a praying mantis, but now she says that may be a better description for the creature. She said, "It helped me through all the probing." Linda had joined Marrs in the talk. She said they got two objects on film that they did not see visually. She said that measuring alien footprints, 2 inches wide and 4 inches long, made her feel the experiences were real. Her husband did not want to be involved until things started happening to him. A "solid spinning vortex" was seen in their bedroom, and the next night a pink grid appeared on the ceiling and descended toward them before it disappeared. When he woke with an indented mark on his leg he became a "believer." Marrs said, "The mind is like a parachute. It works best when it is open." He spoke of Chemtrails and contrails. "Chemtrails go from horizon to horizon." Someone counted 1340 chemtrail flights in three hours in Europe. Extrapolating to the world makes 23,400 flights. There are not that many planes of pilots. If it is not us, then who is it? He suggested "cultural programming," and said "they" can appear as a KC-135 at 40 thousand feet.

Nick Begich, the last speaker, is the eldest son of the late Alaskan Congressman and his political-activist wife. He was twice elected President of the Alaska Federation of Teachers and the Anchorage Council of Education. He received a doctorate from The Open International University for Complementary Medicine in 1994. He is the publisher and co-owner of Earthpulse Press, and he co-authored Angels Don't Play This HAARP, Earth Rising - The Revolution: Toward a Thousand Years of Peace, and Earth Rising II - The Betrayal of Science, Society, and the Soul. In 1999 Begich participated with the European Parliament in a call to ban weapons that might manipulate human beings. He said, "We demonstrated the possibility to put "sounds" directly into the mind." He mentioned the 1970 book, Between Two Ages, as a forward look at influencing minds of people over large areas. Some frequencies can change brain chemistry and emotional states electronically. He noted that the Army War College newsletter stated that, "Research in this area is intense." and that the Pentagon has a priority on non-lethal weapons. He reported that huge numbers of kids watched a TV show that had a certain flicker rate, and 700 went to the hospital with epileptic symptoms. He defined the common brain wave frequencies and 1-4 Hz as Delta (or sleep state), 4-7 Hz as Theta, 7-11 as Alpha, and 13 and above as Beta. High beta is considered "agitated." He said the CIA's MK Ultra project created great controversy. He noted that in urban areas when the power goes out, the human body relaxes. "Technology needs to be used to enhance the human being. We can dictate policy and not be a victim of it." He said that Ritalin is a psychoactive drug that we give our children. "In Minneapolis we used brainwave biofeedback to regulate the brainwaves to the learning range. We can entrain our brains to Alpha for accelerated learning." He asked, "Twenty years from now, will someone in a dark room smoking a cigar be deciding what is good for us? We all have something we feel strongly about, but we don't act on it." Control of the human mind by external means is now a reality - how we use this technology is the next challenge for this generation.

Only 8 videos competed for five of those cute EBE statues this year in the Film Festival. Friday evening we did show "What the Bleep Do We Know?" though it was not eligible for an award. Shawn Atlanti volunteered to manage the festival in the absence of Ken Seddington, our Director from the UK. We greatly appreciate all of the judges who volunteered to watch all of the films Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings starting at 7 PM. "Cannock Chase - UFO Hotspot - U.K." Produced by Mirage 21 and directed by Paul Bennett won the EBE award for Best UFO Footage (stills or live) within a Documentary. "The Aztec UFO Crash" produced by Paul Kimball, James Kimball, and John Bosborough and directed by Paul Kimball won awards for Best UFO Documentary and Best Historical UFO Documentary. "Aerosol Crimes" produced and directed by Clifford E. Carmicorn won for Best Documentary in a UFO Related Theme, and it also won the coveted Peoples' Choice award.

The banquet was again a great social occasion and a good excuse to dress up. We appreciate the wonderful technical crew, the IUFOC Convention staff, and especially the Brown family that make this the best gathering of truth seekers in the world. People seemed especially pleased that we could get same-day production of audio and video tapes for only $8 and $20 respectively, before member discounts. However, some videos could only be played in the high definition mode. They had to be replaced for those who only had old VCRs without the HD mode.
